Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information Jetstall collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers store owners who use our dashboard and customers who visit, order from or message a store built with Jetstall.

1. Who is responsible

For store owners' accounts, Jetstall is responsible for your information.

For customers of a store, the store owner decides how your information is used to serve you, and Jetstall stores and processes it on the store's behalf. Questions about an order or a store's use of your details are best sent to that store; you can also contact us.

2. What we collect

From store owners: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, password (stored only in encrypted form), your store's content, and payment references you enter when paying us.

From customers of a store: the name, phone number, delivery address, notes and order details you enter at checkout, and the messages you send through a store's chat.

On some stores, if you enter your name and phone at checkout and leave before ordering, the store may see them with your cart so it can help you finish your order.

Automatically: basic technical data needed to run and protect the service, such as IP address and browser type in our server logs. We don't use advertising trackers or sell data.

On your device: a login cookie and a language preference for store owners; for customers, your cart, your chat link and the details you entered at checkout are kept in your browser's storage so you don't have to type them again. You can clear them from your browser at any time.

3. How we use it

To provide the service: create your account, run your store, deliver orders and messages to the right store, and show customers the status of their order.

To handle payments and support: confirm subscription payments, contact you about your account, and answer your questions.

To keep the service safe: prevent abuse and fraud, fix problems, and meet legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

The store you order from or message receives your order details and messages, because that is how they serve you.

Service providers that help us run Jetstall, under contracts that protect your data: our database and file storage provider (Supabase, with servers in the European Union) and our website hosting provider.

WhatsApp, only when you choose to send an order or message there yourself.

Authorities, if the law requires it. We never sell personal information.

5. Where it's stored and how it's protected

Data is stored on servers in the European Union. It is encrypted in transit, access is limited by strict permission rules so each store owner sees only their own store's data, and passwords are never stored in readable form.

6. How long we keep it

Owner accounts are kept while the account is active. Order and message records are kept as part of the store's records while the store exists. When a store is deleted, its data is removed from our systems within 90 days, except where we must keep something by law (for example, payment records).

7. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Store owners can edit most of their information directly in the dashboard. Customers can ask the store, or contact us and we'll pass the request on and help.

8. Children

Jetstall is not meant for children. Store owners must be 18 or older, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell store owners in advance.

10. Contact

Privacy questions or requests: message us on WhatsApp at +961 78 914 570.
